The Wiltshire Children and Young People’s (8 to 18+ years) Emotional Wellbeing Survey aims to develop a better understanding of children and young people’s experiences of life, both inside and outside school.
The findings have a dual purpose:
- - providing schools that participate with rich data to help them identify areas for improvement and address issues raised by their pupils, and
- - providing evidence to influence strategic decisions and service development across Wiltshire to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of young people across the county.
The report on the right hand side looks at the different questions, breaking the results down by various demographic groups and providing context around the findings.
In previous years, larger health and wellbeing surveys focusing on a wider range of health issues such as smoking, eating, and exercise have taken place. These reports can be found in the Wiltshire Intelligence library, accessible through this link.
