Rural Housing Need Survey (2021 – 2025)

11/02/2019 By

Rural areas are facing specific local challenges such as affordable housing, an ageing population, rural isolation, and reduced accessibility. Rural communities make up 50% of Wiltshire’s population living in 95% of the geographic area. Wiltshire Council undertakes rural housing needs surveys in collaboration with parish councils and partner housing associations in order to help better understand the needs of our rural communities.

More information on the rural housing survey can be found on the Wiltshire council website.
