Our behaviours and lifestyles have a major influence on our health. This data pack explores some of the lifestyles and behaviours that are known to have an impact on a person’s health. Behaviours such as alcohol consumption, physical activity, diet, cigarette smoking and drug misuse. These lifestyle choices are important risk factors for major diseases such as cancer, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and liver disease.
